M. Zone Text Amendment 24-03 Amending Portions of Title 11 of the Seal\nBeach Municipal Code Pertaining to Administrative Review of\nModifications to Nonconforming Residential Structures, Administrative\nReview of Reasonable Accommodation Requests, Modification to\nResidential Front Yard Permeable Surface Requirements, and Updates to\nthe Accessory Dwelling Unit Standards Pursuant to Senate Bill 1211 and\nAssembly Bill 2533 (Statute of 2024) - That the City Council: 1. Conduct a\npublic hearing to receive input and consider the Planning Commission’s\nrecommendation to approve Ordinance 1716, adopting Zone Text Amendment\n24-03; and, 2.
