Approving and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement\nwith Michael Baker International for the Five-Year Update to the Seal\nBeach Local Hazard Mitigation Plan Pursuant to the Federal Emergency\nManagement Association Hazard Mitigation Grant Program - That the City\nCouncil adopt Resolution 7580: 1. Approving the contract documents for the\nCity of Seal Beach Local Hazard Mitigation Plan Five-Year Update; and, 2.\nApproving and awarding a Professional Services Agreement to Michael Baker\nInternational in the amount of $118,530; and, 3. Authorizing and directing the\nCity Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Michael\nBaker International; and, 4.
