15) Construction Contract Award for Marina Landscape, Inc. for the I15 Main Street\nInterchange Landscape Improvement Project CIP Z10094\nAward and authorize the City Manager to execute a Public Works Construction\nAgreement with Marina Landscape, Inc. in the amount of $1,356,549.57 for the I-15\nMain Street Interchange Landscape Improvement Project CIP No. Z10094, authorize\nthe City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency amount\nof $135,654.96, and authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion once it\nis determined the work is complete and the improvements are accepted into the City-\nmaintained roadway network.
