CONTRACT AMENDMENT REGISTER DATED NOVEMBER 12, 2024\nSummary:\nThe Contract Amendment Register is a listing of proposed contract amendments\nand project change orders eligible for streamlined processing based upon the\nfollowing criteria as documented in the City’s Purchasing Policy:\n· The City Council authorized funds with the adopted fiscal year Operating\nBudget\n· Staff are satisfied with the goods/services received to date, and\n· The City Manager reviewed and approved each amendment for\nstreamlined processing.\nThere is one contract amendment for City Council consideration as follows:\n1) Cyrun, Incorporated: Provides the Police Department Records Management\nSoftware (RMS) and Computer Aided Dispatch Software, along with the\nRacial and Identity Profiling Act (RIPA) of 2015, Module allowing for data\ncollection perAssembly Bill 953 regulations. The proposed Fifth\nAmendment is retroactive to August 23, 2024, extends the term by one\nyear through August 23, 2025, and revises the not-to-exceed contract\namount to $669,000.\nStrategic Plan Goal(s):\nGoal No. 2 Community Safety: Maintain community safety by supporting\npublic safety services and increasing emergency preparedness.\nRecommendation:\nAuthorize the Contract Amendment Register dated November 12, 2024.
