After this initial agendized\ndiscussion, staff will return to a subsequent City Council meeting with a\nresolution supporting the City’s display of the selected flags.\nStrategic Plan Goal(s):\nGoal No. 5 High-Functioning Government: Strengthen internal communication,\nrecruitment, retention, systems, and processes to increase the\neffectiveness and efficiency of City services.\nRecommendations:\n1. Consider the list of commemorative flags to be displayed for calendar year\n2025.\n2. Direct staff to return and bring to a future City Council meeting a resolution\nmemorializing the commemorative flags to be displayed for calendar year\n2025.
