23) Public Works Construction Agreement with West Coast Turf for the Stadium\nFacility Project, Cip Project No. RDA Z20003\nAward and authorize the Executive Director to execute a Public Works Construction\nAgreement with West Coast Turf in an amount not to exceed $101,200.00 for the\nbaseball field sod replacement in substantially the form attached and in such final form\nas approved by the Successor Agency Counsel, authorize the Executive Director to\nexecute change orders not to exceed the 10% contingency amount of $10,120.00, and\nauthorize the Agency Secretary to record the Notice of Completion once the work is\ncomplete.
