7. Agreement with Hardronex, Inc., dba SmartCover Systems, Inc., for the maintenance\nand operation of the City's Sanitary Sewer Monitoring System\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving an Agreement with Hadronex, Inc., DBA SmartCover Systems, Inc. (“Hadronex”),\nfor monitoring, maintenance, and operation of the SmartCover System for a three-year term for a\nnot-to-exceed amount of $184,249;\nb. Appropriating $25,771 in Sewer Funds to fully fund services for Fiscal Year 2024/25; and\nc.
