36. APPROVE A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DANIEL ZAMORA’S\nLANDSCAPING FOR LANDSCAPING SERVICES (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve a Contract Services Agreement with Daniel Zamora’s Landscaping for\nlandscaping services for an annual not-to-exceed fee of $45,060 and a term of\nfive (5) years with two optional one-year extensions; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
