Approve of Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement for Contractual Services between Thirkettle\nCorporation dba Aqua Metric Sales Company and the City of Glendora dated January 2020 for water\ndivision AMI meter system maintenance extending the term of the agreement for three years in an\namount not to exceed $158,656\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement for Contractual Services\nwith Thirkettle Corp dba Aqua Metric Sales Company for AMI Meter System Annual Maintenance,\nextending the term of the agreement for an additional three-year period, in an amount not to exceed\n$158,656; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3.
