CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-242,\nADOPTING AMENDED AND RESTATED PAY SCHEDULES FOR THE\nCITY’S NON-REPRESENTED EXECUTIVE AND PART-TIME\nEMPLOYEES\nOn September 24, 2024, the City Council approved Resolution No. 24-\n226, approving cost of living adjustments for non-represented executive\nand part-time employees. This resolution will update the salary range of\nthe Public Works Director position to be consistent with other non-\nrepresented executive positions.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council consider\nadopting Resolution No. 24-242, approving a revised monthly salary\nschedule for executives (non-represented).\nEnd of General Business.\n10.
