24. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENTS FOR UNIFORMS AND\nCUSTOM LOGO APPAREL (FINANCE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve an agreement with Municipal Emergency Services (MES) in the amount\nof $40,000 per fiscal year (total amount shall not exceed $80,000 during the initial\nterm); and\n2) Approve an agreement with Conceptual Marketing (Conceptual Marketing) in the\namount of $40,000 per fiscal year (total amount shall not exceed $80,000 during\nthe initial term); and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to exercise the extension options of each agreement,\nif needed; and\n4) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
