PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR DOCUMENT SCANNING AND\nDIGITIZING SERVICES (FIRE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Viatron Systems, Inc. and\nallocate $644,627 for Document Scanning and Digitizing Services; and\n2) Authorize appropriation for FY 2024-25 in the amount of $200,000 to City\nManagers’ – City Clerk account (No. 10101115-542050) Contractual Services.\n3) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
