CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-239,\nAPPROVING A FACILITY USE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE\nCITY OF SOUTH EL MONTE AND CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY,\nNORTHRIDGE\nThe proposed Facility Use Agreement ("Agreement") by and between the\nCity of South El Monte ("City") and California State University, Northridge\n("CSUN") will allow CSUN to rent the City Hall Council Chambers\n("Chambers") as an off-site campus that offers customized masters and\ngraduate programs on select Fridays effective August 29, 2025 to August\n17, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1.
