38. APPROVAL OF THREE OPERATING AGREEMENTS WITH CLEAR CHANNEL\nOUTDOOR, LLC FOR POSTER BILLBOARD CONVERSIONS\n(COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the attached Operating Agreements between the City of Santa Fe\nSprings and Clear Channel Outdoor, LLC, allowing Clear Channel Outdoor, LLC\nto convert five existing static poster billboard faces to electronic poster billboards;\nand\n2) Direct the City Attorney to make clarifying changes necessary to effectuate the\nintent of the Agreements; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
