Approve Amendment No. 3 to the agreement for contractual services between Thirkettle Corporation\ndba Aqua Metric Sales Company and the City of Glendora dated September 8, 2020 for water division\nmeter parts and supplies, extending the term of the agreement for one year and increasing the contract\nsum to an amount not to exceed $190,000\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement for Contractual Services\nwith Thirkettle Corp dba Aqua Metric Sales Company for Water Division Meter Parts and Supplies,\nextending the term of the agreement for an additional one-year period, and increasing the contract sum\nto an amount not to exceed $190,000; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute\nAmendment No. 3 with Thirkettle Corp dba Aqua Metric Sales Company including minimal and/or non-\nsubstantive changes.
