FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF\nGARBAGE, RECYCLABLE MATERIALS, AND ORGANIC WASTE\nCOLLECTION SERVICES AND ANNUAL RATE ADJUSTMENT - This is an\nAmended and Restated Agreement and a request for an annual rate adjustment for Solid\nWaste Collection Services.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council adopt a resolution approving the Amended and Restated Agreement\nbetween the City of Santa Clarita and Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc., for the provision of\ngarbage, recyclable materials, organic waste collection, and the annual rate adjustment.
