25. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR AS-NEEDED\nENCAMPMENT ABATEMENT AND GENERAL CLEAN-UP SERVICES (FINANCE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve a three (3) year agreement with Mayfield Environmental Engineering\n(Mayfield) in the amount of $125,000 per fiscal year (total initial amount shall not\nexceed $375,000); and\n2) Approve a three (3) year agreement with O.C. Vacuum, Inc. (O.C. Vacuum) in the\namount of $125,000 per fiscal year (total initial amount shall not exceed\n$375,000); and\n3) Approve a three (3) year agreement with Ocean Blue Environmental Services,\nInc. (Ocean Blue) in the amount of $50,000 per fiscal year (total initial amount\nshall not exceed $150,000); and\n4) Authorize the City Manager to exercise the one (1) year extension option of each\nagreement, if needed; and\n5) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
