43. AUTHORIZE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM HERITAGE ARTS FUND TO\nAQUATIC CENTER CAPITAL PROJECT FUND (PARKS & RECREATION)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Authorize a transfer from the Heritage Arts Fund (Fund 2510) to the Aquatic\nCenter Capital Project Fund 4154 (Project Number PW220014) in the amount of\n$190,000; and\n2) Authorize an appropriation adjustment to account 4154 Project Number\nPW220014 (Aquatic Center Project) for art-related enhancements; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
