Adopt a CEQA Notice of Exemption for Capital Improvement Project\nPour-In-Place for South Hills Park, Ole Hammer Park, and Willow Springs Park; 2. Approve an\nAgreement with Miracle Playground Sales for Pour-In-Place Surfacing for South Hills Park, Ole\nHammer Park, and Willow Springs Park in the amount of $284,700.60; and 3. Authorize the City\nManager or his designee to execute the agreement with Miracle Playground Sales including minimal\nand/or non-substantive changes.
