31. POLICE SERVICES STAGING FACILITY STORM DAMAGE – EMERGENCY\nREPAIRS FINAL REPORT (TERMINATION OF EMERGENCY DECLARATION)\n(PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Pursuant to California Public Contract Code Section 22050, by a four-fifths vote\nterminate the Emergency Declaration; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to issue final payments for all related expenses as\nlisted herein; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
