9. Notice of Completion for the Abatement and Demolition of the City Owned Property at 1762 Dale Road,\nPlan No. 1389\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Accept the completion of the Abatement and Demolition of City\nProperty at 1762 Dale Road Project, Plan No. 1389, by Horizon Construction Co., Int’l Inc.; 2. Approve\nthe final contract amount of $1,368,200; 3. Authorize the Mayor to sign the Notice of Completion for\nRecordation; 4. Authorize the Public Works Director to release the project retention 35 days after the\nrecordation of Notice of Completion; 5. Authorize the release of the Labor and Materials Bond in the\namount of $1,289,373.94, six months after recordation of Notice of Completion, if no claims have been\nreceived; and 6.
