6. Adopt a Resolution Authorizing a Non-Financial Agreement with the California Franchise Tax Board for\nExchange of Business License Tax Data\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Adopt a City Council Resolution entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING A RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA\nFRANCHISE TAX BOARD FOR THE EXCHANGE OF BUSINESS LICENSE TAX DATA"\nauthorizing a Non-Financial Agreement with the California Franchise Tax Board (“FTB”) for Exchange\nof Business License Tax Data; and 2. Authorize the City Manager and his/her designee(s) to execute a\nnon-financial reciprocal agreement with the California FTB for the exchange of Business License Tax\nData for a term beginning January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027, subject to non-substantive\nchanges approved by the City Manager and City Attorney.
