CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-240,\nAPPROVING AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\n(PSA) TO CSG CONSULTANTS TO PROVIDE PEER REVIEW OF AN\nENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT AND RELATED TECHNICAL\nSTUDIES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF 825\nLEXINGTON-GALLATIN ROAD.\nCSG Consultants was selected as the most qualified consultant based on\ntheir experience, proposal quality, project understanding, schedule, and\ncost-effectiveness to provide a third-party independent review of an\nenvironmental impact report for 825 Lexington-Gallatin Road.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve Resolution No. 24-240, awarding PSA to CSG Consultants\nfor consulting services to peer review an environmental impact\nreport and technical studies, in an amount not to exceed $40,000;\nand\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to negotiate and\nexecute the agreement.
