Accept the work completed by Unlimited Environmental, Inc. as part of the Double Modular Demolition Project for a total\ncontract cost of $78,709.48.\nB. Direct the Town Clerk to file the Notice of Completion for the contracted work.\nC. Direct the Finance Department to release the retained funds 30 days after the Notice of Completion has been filed,\nprovided no claims are filed against the contractor.
