Approve budget amendment totaling $26,500.\nC. Direct the Town Clerk to file the Notice of Completion for the contract work.\nD. Direct the Finance Director to release the retained funds 30 days after the Notice of Completion has been filed, provided\nno claims are filed against the contractor.
