19. Introduction of Ordinance to amend El Cajon Municipal Code Chapter 6.12 of Title 6\nregarding dogs in the Superblock Area of El Cajon by repealing section 6.12.150\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Moves to introduce the next Ordinance, in order, to repeal section 6.12.150 of\nChapter 6.12 of Title 6 of the El Cajon Municipal Code;\n2. Directs the City Clerk to read the Ordinance by title only; and\n3. Directs the second reading of the Ordinance to be placed on the December 10,\n2024 City Council agenda.
