Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Service Agreement\nbetween the City of Wildomar and Nichols Consulting Engineers, Chtd., to prepare\na Pavement Management Program Report.\n2. Authorize the City Manager and Public Works Director to approve change orders\nnot to exceed 10% of the contract amount (contingency).\n3. Approve a supplemental appropriation of $27,500 in AQMD Fund 203 (Formerly\nFund 210) as identified in the Fiscal Impact and Account Code sections of this staff\nreport to allocate AQMD funds to the Project.\n4
