Contract Amendments for El Cajon Transit Center Community Improvements and Main\nStreet - Green Street Gateway Improvements Construction Management Services\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolutions, in order, to approve amendments to\nincrease the Public Works Contracts for construction management services with\nProject Professionals Corporation (PPC) for a one-year term, for:\n1. El Cajon Transit Center Community Improvements (TCC) in the amount of\n$102,030; and\n2. Main Street - Green Street Gateway Improvements (MSGS) in the amount of\n$120,606.
