1.7 Event Partnership (MOU) Memorandum of Understanding with Holt Ministries\nfor the Elsinore Community Annual Turkey Giveaway\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to sign the MOU with Holt Ministries dependent that\nthe foundation fulfills all requirements; and\n2. Waive fees associated to the application and processing of the Temporary Event\nPermit dependent that the foundation fulfills all requirements.
