21. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 24-77 AUTHORIZING USE OF FUNDING FROM THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA\nASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS (SCAG) REGIONAL EARLY ACTION PLANNING GRANT PROGRAM\nOF 2021 FOR THE MONTEBELLO TRANSFORMATIVE CORRIDORS ENHANCED INFRASTRUCTURE\nFINANCING DISTRICT (EIFD) FEASIBILITY STUDY\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-77 authorizing participation in the Southern California Association of\nGovernments (SCAG) Regional Early Action Planning Grant Program of 2021 for the Montebello\nTransformative Corridors Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District (EIFD) Feasibility Study; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement and all necessary documents related to the\nSouthern California Association of Governments (SCAG) Early Action Planning Grant Program of 2021\nfor the Montebello Transformative Corridors Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District (EIFD) Feasibility\nStudy; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
