3. APPROVAL OF MODIFICATION TO THE LACY PARK ENTRY/EXIT\nGATES USING DONATION FUNDS\nAGENDA – MARCH 08, 2023 PAGE 3 of 6\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve the modification of the\nLacy Park entry/exit gates in the amount of $6,245 using donation funds. If the City\nCouncil concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be: “I\nmove to approve the modification of the Lacy Park entry/exit gates as proposed;\nauthorize the procurement in the amount of $6,245; appropriate $6,245 to Account\nconsider the use of CDBG funds for the Senior Outreach Program and ADA compliant\nsidewalk replacement program in FY 2023­24. If the City Council concurs with staff’s\nrecommendation, the appropriate motion, after the hearing, would be: “I move to\nadopt Resolution No. R­23­05, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of San\nMarino, California adopting the projected use of funds from the Community\nDevelopment Block Grant program for Fiscal Year 2023­24.”\nNEW BUSINESS\n3.
