15. APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 24-84 EASTSIDE TRANSIT CORRIDOR PHASE 2 PROJECT (“ESP2\nPROJECT”) COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY METROPOLITAN\nTRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (“LACMTA”)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-84, approving the cooperative agreement (MCA) by and between the City of\nMontebello (City) and LACMTA related to the ESP2 Project; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the cooperative agreement; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
