28. AWARD AGREEMENT NO. 4241 TO TT FASTER LLC DBA FASTER ASSET SOLUTIONS FOR THE\nENTERPRISE ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, NO. 24-23\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Agreement No. 4241 to TT FASTER LLC dba FASTER Asset Solutions, for the Enterprise Asset\nManagement (EAM) System Request for Proposals No. 24-23 (RFP No. 24-23), for a total not-to-exceed\namount of One Hundred Eighty Four Thousand, Three-Hundred Thirty Eight Dollars ($184,338); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and finalize Agreement No. 4241 with FASTER Asset Solutions\non behalf of the City of Montebello (City); and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
