25. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4244 FOR ON-CALL BUILDING PLAN CHECK,\nBUILDING INSPECTION, AND PLANNING CONSULTING SERVICES TO TRANSTECH ENGINEERS, INC.\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4244 to Transtech Engineers, Inc. for Building Plan Check,\nBuilding Inspection, and Planning Consulting Services based on proposals received and evaluation\nratings conducted pursuant to Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 25-05; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all required documents related to the Professional Services\nAgreement between the City of Montebello and Transtech Engineers, Inc. in a form approved by the City\nAttorney’s office; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
