29. AWARD AGREEMENT NO. 4242 TO THE JANKOVICH COMPANY FOR THE BULK FUELS AND OILS,\nLUBRICANTS, AND GREASE GOODS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 24-22\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Agreement No. 4242 to The Jankovich Company, for a three-year (3-year) term with the option for\nrenewal of up to two (2), additional one-year (1-year) terms, for the Bulk Fuels and Oils, Lubricants, and\nGrease Goods Request for Proposals, No. 24-22 (RFP No. 24-22); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and finalize Agreement No. 4242 with The Jankovich Company\non behalf of the City of Montebello (City); and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
