CC 12. Amendment to Conflict of Interest Code List of Designated Employment Classifications\nRecommendation(s):\nAdopt Resolution No.______, rescind Resolution No. 20-53 in its entirety and establishing\nthe List of Designated Employment Classifications and the Disclosure Categories of the\nConflict of Interest Code as provided in Section 2.40.030, Title 2, of the Lancaster Municipal\nCode.\nThe Political Reform Act requires every local government agency to review its Conflict of\nInterest Code biennially to determine if it is accurate or, alternatively, that the code must be\namended. In reviewing the Code, it was determined that the List of Designated Employee\nClassifications should be amended.
