5.7 AWARD OF A PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE\nFISCAL YEAR 2024/25 TRAFFIC SIGNAL ENHANCEMENTS PROJECT TO\nSTREETLIGHT RESTORATION SPECIALISTS, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF\n$198,460 (Parco)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve the plans and specifications for the Fiscal Year 2024/25 Traffic\nSignal Enhancements Project; and\n2) Find that the Project is categorically exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA), as a Class 1 Existing Facilities,\npursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section 15301; and\n3) Award a Public Works Construction Contract to the lowest responsive\nbidder for the Project to Streetlight Restoration Specialists, Inc. of\nCamarillo, California, in the low bid amount of $198,460; and\n4) Authorize the City Manager to execute the proposed Public Works\nConstruction Contract.\nItem No. 5.7\nITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR
