APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENTS WITH TRANSTECH ENGINEERS AND HARTZOG &\nCRABILL IN TOTAL AMOUNTS OF $50,000 AND $100,000 FOR ON-\nCALL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES THROUGH JUNE 30, 2026.\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve Amendments No. 1 to\nboth Professional Services Agreements with Transtech and HCI, increasing the total\ncompensation amounts by $50,000 and $100,000, respectively, for the duration of\nthe agreements. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an\nappropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve Amendments No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreements with\nTranstech Engineers and Hartzog & Crabill increasing the total compensation\namounts by $50,000 and $100,000, respectively, for the duration of the\nagreements.”
