9. AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RAFTELIS\nTO CONDUCT A SEWER RATE STUDY IN THE AMOUNT OF $52,949 &\nAWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO REVENUE &\nCOST SPECIALISTS (RCS) TO CONDUCT THE COST ALLOCATION PLAN\n& CITYWIDE FEE STUDY IN THE AMOUNT OF $29,750\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council award a Professional Services\nAgreement with Raftelis to conduct a Sewer Rate Study in an amount not to exceed\n$52,949. and approve a budget amendment of $52,949 in the General Fund to cover\nthe cost of the study. If Council agrees with Staff’s recommendation a motion would\nbe:\n“I move to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Raftelis to conduct\na Sewer Rate Study, in the amount not to exceed $52,949 and approve the FY 24/25\nbudget amendment to appropriate $52,949 in the General Fund.”\nStaff also recommends the Council award a Professional Services Agreement with\nRevenue & Cost Specialists (RCS)to conduct a Cost Allocation Plan and City-wide Fee\nStudy in an amount not to exceed $29,750. If Council agrees with Staff’s\nrecommendation a motion would be:\n“I move to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Revenue & Cost\nSpecialists (RCS) to conduct a Cost Allocation Plan and City-wide Fee Study in an\namount not to exceed $29,750.”
