R-\n24-31 AMENDING JOB CLASSIFICATIONS AND APPROVING THE JOB\nCLASSIFICATION FOR THE POSITION OF PART-TIME BUILDING\nATTENDANT, CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. R-24-30\nAPPROVING THE UPDATED SALARY SCHEDULE FOR FY 2024-2025,\nAND CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. R-24-34 AMENDING THE\nUNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES SALARY AND BENEFITS SCHEDULE FOR\nTHE PERIOD COVERING JULY 1, 2024, THROUGH JUNE 30, 2027, TO\nINCLUDE THE POSITION OF PART-TIME BUILDING ATTENDANT\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve an amended and\nrestated City Manager Employment Agreement with Philippe Eskandar, approve\nnecessary budget amendments, adopt Resolution No. R-24-31 amending job\nclassifications and approving the classification for the position of part-time Building\nAttendant, adopt Resolution No. R-24-30 approving the updated Salary Schedule for\nFY 2024-2025, adopt Resolution No. R-24-34 amending the Unrepresented\nEmployees Salary and Benefits Schedule for the period covering July 1, 2024,\nthrough June 30, 2027, to include the position of part-time Building Attendant. If the\nCity Council agrees, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve the amended and restated City Manager Employment Agreement\nwith Philippe Eskandar, approve necessary budget amendments, adopt Resolution\nNo. R-24-31 amending job classifications and approving the classification for the\nposition of part-time Building Attendant, adopt Resolution No. R-24-30 approving the\nupdated Salary Schedule for FY 2024-2025, and adopt Resolution No. R-24-34\namending the Unrepresented Employees Salary and Benefits Schedule for the period\ncovering July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027, to include the position of part-time\nBuilding Attendant.”
