11. It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 2024-51 titled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nBELL ACCEPTING THE CIVIC CENTER IMPROVEMENTS/\nINTERIOR PAINTING PROJECT AS COMPLETE AND\nAUTHORIZING STAFF TO PREPARE AND FILE THE NOTICE\nOF COMPLETION WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY\nRECORDER”\n2. Authorize staff to release retention thirty-five (35) days after the filing of the Notice of\nCompletion.
