4. Adoption of Resolution Appropriating $1.8 Million of Enhanced Infrastructure Financing\nDistrict Funds and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with the San\nGabriel Valley Council of Governments for Implementation of the Gold Line Transit\nOriented Development Pedestrian Bridge Project This appropriation will provide matching\nfunds for the Gold Line Transit Oriented Development Pedestrian Bridge Project, approve an\nagreement with the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments to continue to serve as lead on\nthe design and construction of the Project, and authorize the City Manager to execute related\ndocuments and amendments.\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Appropriate $1,800,000 in Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District Funds to the Gold\nLine Transit Oriented Development Pedestrian Bridge Project;\n2. Approve the attached Agreement Regarding the Design and Construction of the Gold\nLine Transit Oriented Development Pedestrian Bridge by the San Gabriel Valley Council\nof Governments on Behalf of the City of La Verne; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any related documents or amendments, subject to\nreview by the City Attorney.
