Seventh Street,\nPomona, CA, Assessor Parcel Number 8341-012-932, Related to the “Civic Center Plaza\nNew Playground and Amenities” Project (Council District 2)\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following action:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-187 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING GRANT OF EASEMENT EC2-2024\nTO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON FOR ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE\nINSTALLATION ON A PORTION OF CITY PROPERTY LOCATED AT 285 W.\nSEVENTH STREET, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 8341-012-932\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to sign the Grant of Easement to SCE on\nbehalf of the City.
