11. Approval of an Agreement between the City of Pomona and the County of Los Angeles for\nTraffic Signal Improvements along Arrow Highway\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve the Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (TSSP) Agreement with the\nCounty of Los Angeles; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager or her designee to execute the related TSSP Agreement,\nand any amendments or related documents, subject to review by the City Attorney.
