Adopt Resolution No. 8349 approving the job specification for a Water System Operator;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8352 amending the Salary Plan for Fiscal Year 2024-2025; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute all\nrelated documents.
