4) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH TYLER TECHNOLOGIES FOR ENTERPRISE\nRESOURCE PLANNING SOFTWARE AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES, AND ADOPT A\nRESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDING FOR ERP IMPLEMENTATION COSTS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve an agreement with Tyler Technologies (Contract No. 2326) for Enterprise Resource\nPlanning Software and Implementation Services;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8353 to amend the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Adopted Budget in the\namount of $133,685 from General Fund Reserves; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute all\nrelated documents.
