10) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH ENVIROGEN TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR\nOF THE ION EXCHANGE NITRATE REMOVAL TREATMENT SYSTEMS FOR WELL 7, PLANT 1,\nWELL 3, AND PLANT 2\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Second Amendment to the Contract Services Agreement with Envirogen\nTechnologies, Inc. (Contract No. 1920(c)) increasing the annual not-to-exceed amount to\n$200,000 and extending the term for two years plus one optional two-year extension; and\nSpecial and Regular Meeting Notice and Agenda – November 18, 2024\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute\nthe Agreement and all related documents.
