11) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH YUNEX\nTRAFFIC LLC, FORMERLY SIEMENS MOBILITY, INCORPORATED FOR ON-CALL TRAFFIC SIGNAL\nMAINTENANCE SERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Professional Services Agreement to Yunex Traffic LLC, formerly Siemens Mobility\nIncorporated (Contract No. 2319) in an amount not-to-exceed $200,000, for on-call traffic\nsignal maintenance services for a term of three years; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute\nthe agreement and all related documents.
