13) CONSIDERATION TO ACCEPT THE DEPARTMENT OF RESOURCES RECYCLING AND RECOVERY\nGRANT FUNDS FROM THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 SENATE BILL 1383 LOCAL ASSISTANCE\nGRANT PROGRAM (OWR-4) FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CITY’S SENATE BILL 1383\nPROGRAM, AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Accept the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery Grant Funds from the Fiscal\nYear 2022-2023 Senate Bill 1383 Local Assistance Grant Program (OWR-4) in the amount of\n$75,000 for the implementation of the City’s SB 1383 Program;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8350 amending the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Adopted Budget to\nappropriate grant expenditures and revenues; and\nSpecial and Regular Meeting Notice and Agenda – November 18, 2024\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute all\nrelated documents.
