12) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH WEST COAST\nARBORISTS, INC. FOR CITY-WIDE TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with West Coast Arborists, Inc. (Contract No.\n2320) for city-wide tree maintenance services in an amount not-to-exceed the annual fiscal\nyear budget appropriation, for a term of three years with two optional one-year extension;\nand\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute\nthe agreement.
